Description of the problem	Takata inflators - on july 13, 2018 the vehicle was in motion, on a high way traveling in the left hand side lane accelerating with traffic when the driver suffered a seizure. The vehicle's air bags did not deploy after colliding with another vehicle, and hitting the guard wires. The vehicle was totaled. Seat belts were worn. Injuries were sustained.
