Description of the problem	I paid modern toyota a lot of money to add navigation system in car they put a third party system in car last sunday i was in the car and letting a lady pass with shopping cart the mic of third party system melted the whole assembly on roof where the glass holder and lights are fall on lap i got shock and hit the gas i hit the shopping cart and lady fall to ground that made a dent in front fender of car i went to toyota told them i paid a lot of $ for system and they need to replace this with factory with built with bluetooth and navigation and the dent they refuse to do so i told them my family travels in that car what if i was traveling on highway and that happen they didn't care about my safety or my families i call toyota they are buying time so i can't take action against them, i need justice i am paying a lot of money for this car if they won't fix it then i need $ to fix it my self.
