| Description of the problem | Since i have bought this vehicle since january 2014, i have experienced steady deterioration of driver seat leather cushionness. Right now it has decreased by one and half inch to two inches. I have filed a case file #1407011080 with toyota on july 1, and visited dealer to get my seat examined, but toyota has not replaced my driver seat. I have even contacted toyota customer service two times both via email on july 14 and phone call on july18. But there is no response or not even a simple follow up. Due to very less cushionness in my driver seat, i am experiencing pain in my legs and hips. Please have toyota fix this issue asap by replacing vehicle seats. *js |
