| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 toyota camry hybrid. The contact stated while his wife was driving 5 mph, the brake pedal was depressed but failed to stop the vehicle. In order, to stop the vehicle the emergency brake pedal had to be depressed. The vehicle was taken to autonation arapahoe (10531 e arapahoe rd, centennial, co 80112, 303-578-6111) who diagnosed the vehicle and stated that multiple functions of the brake system had failed but the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact of an extended warranty for the vehicle, but the contact stated that do not cover the failure. The failure mileage was 87,000. |
