Description of the problem	Air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle (2008 toyota camry hybrid), was involved in a front end collision which resulted in severe front end damage to the point that doors could not be opened. None of the air bags deployed, including by the knees, even though collision was hard enough to result in the driver hitting the dash with knees. All the officers taking reports along with the various tow truck drivers were shocked to see no air bag deployment due to the force of the collision and severe damage to front of vehicle, engine compartment, and frame.
