Description of the problem	The dash board that houses the air bags seems to be melting and sticky. I am concerned that my air bag will not deploy. I talked to two toyota dealers and neither said that they have heard it happened before. Toyota 101 dealer said that it was caused by the interior protection that piercey toyota applied when i bought it 7 years ago. If it was the protection spray, i think the stickiness and melting would have began years ago. Also, the paint on my car is bubbling up and toyota 101 is blaming it on the paint protection piercey toyota applied when i bought the car 7 years ago.
