Description of the problem	I just purchased the vehicle used at a dealership only to find out that the burping noise coming from the brake actuator and the constant running noise every 7 seconds was the part needing to be replaced again . Toyota stated i had just missed the 10 year extension on the part replacement , even though the car has 70k miles on it ,and would have to pay approximately 1700-2600$ for this replacement.
