Description of the problem	There was a failure of the brake actuator which caused the brakes to lock up and various indicators of failure to register. Fortunately i noticed the problem while backing out of my garage and so there was no accident. The brake system warning light and the vehicle stability control both lit up. It cost more than $3000 to repair the vehicle.
