Description of the problem	I was driving my car when a "check vsc system" flashed across my dashboard. I suddenly had a very hard time getting the car to brake. The dealership stated it was the abs actuator, and it cost roughly $2975. 00 to replace. I was alarmed that anything involving the abs system would need replacement during the lifetime of the vehicle. I was deeply concerned to see that there were about 30,000 other complaints for my same make and model. I believe this part should be inspected for a possible recall.
