Description of the problem	When i started the car, the dash display said "check vsc system". When i backed the car out of the driveway, the brakes were erratic, either very weak, or very strong. I was unable to control them for safe braking. There was no code in the obd system (i have a obd scan tool.). An internet search indicates that repairs will probably be about $3,000. The car is not be safe to drive until this is repaired.
