Description of the problem	I was crossing an intersection after the vehicle on my left stopped. A ford pickup came barreling out of nowhere, swerving around the other vehicle. I believe the driver was going faster than he claimed on the police report (included). We collided in the intersection front-left-to-front-right. My car was spun around about `50 degrees to the right, ending up across the sidewalk. Both vehicles were totaled. The olther driver's airbag deployed and he received a cut on his forehead. My takata front and sidecurtain airbags did not deploy, and i was thrown into the driver's door, breaking four ribs, a vertebra, shoulder blade and my collarbone. In the rebound to the right, my right wrist and right arm just above the wrist were broken. The fractures were set under anesthesia, and i spent 8 days in the hospital and about 7 weeks in a convalescent/rehab facility. I am now undergoing weekly ot for weakness, lack of mobility, and pain in my right hand and wrist, and poor mobility and pain in my right shoulder.
