| Description of the problem | Toyota's 11/03/2015 safety recall notice instructed all owners to turn off the pcs ( pre-collision system ). Not having this very important safety feature operable for this length of time is extremely dangerous and should not be legal. I paid a-lot of $ to have this system and as a senior citizen i am not comfortable driving with it turned off. Why hasn't toyota found a fix for this months ago?? Please help me and all toyota avalon 2014 and 2015 owners get toyota to fix this serious problem immediately before more people are seriously injured or killed because toyota told us to turn the pcs off. Thank you, [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6). |
