Description of the problem	Dashboard is cracking all over and its not from heat i called toyota and they said i missed recall by 17 days? Never got a notice, mu concern besides cosmetics it is a safety issue as the vinyl over air bag area will become bits of sharp vinyl schrapnel if deployed. They know its a problem and trying to avoid a safety recall by calling it exrended warranty recall.
