Description of the problem	Rear strut mounts on my 2005 toyota avalon failed at 45,000 miles. It cost over $900 to replace the rear struts and mounts. I contacted toyota who ignored my written communication for over 1 month. I finally received the standard (off warranty of 36,000 miles) response after i sent an email.
