Description of the problem	2005 toyota avalon. Consumer states problem with vehicle's horn tgw the dealer tried to make repairs by lubricating the contact points in the steering wheel. The longest time the horn would work, was about 12 months and then the problem returned. Recently, when the consumer released the wheel lock and pulled the steering toward him and returned it to the down position two times, the horn began to work .
