Description of the problem	September 13, 2017 my daughter had a wreck. She ran off the side of the road and overcorrected running into several culverts and a ditch slamming into a utility pole almost dead center of the car. Doing the speed limit of 55 or less none of the air bags deployed nor did the seat belt lock causing her to slam her chest into the steering wheel and hit the rear view mirror with the left side of her face. Why did these air bags not deploy and seat belt not lock ?
