Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2003 toyota 4runner. When the vehicle was started, the abs, emergency brake, and vsc trac lights remained illuminated. The contact turned off and restarted the vehicle, but the failure recurred. The contact placed the vehicle in drive and then depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle did not stop.
