| Description of the problem | Purchased toyota 4 runner v8 sport edition in may 2004. After approximately 2,000 miles, the car began have almost constant sulfur emissions (heavy smell) within the car with windows either up or down, and with either fresh air or recirculated air. The odor is noxious and exacerbating health problems. Dealership (conicelli) told me this smell was normal and unavoidable. Tsb from toyota about this problem does not include the v8, but the problem is evident. *ak |
