Description of the problem	Cummins inc. Issued a field action, atc1747 to prevent pressurized engine fuel leaks. We received a letter from cummins dated july 28 2016 strongly encouraging cummins complimentary installation of fuel supply line isolators on #1 and #6 fuel injectors. Cummins is now saying that we didn't act on the offer quickly enough and they've retracted their offer to install the fuel supply line isolators at no charge. Our rv engine is still under cummins factory warranty with only 5,000 miles, and we have already had a serious pressurized fuel system leak at the fuel injectors, that was repaired under warranty. We want cummins to install the fuel supply line isolators to prevent a fire in our rv engine, while the engine is under warranty.
