Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 tiffin allegro. While driving approximately 50 mph, the steering lost power and the steering wheel seized. Several warning indicators illuminated on the intrument panel, including the low voltage warning indicator. The contact also stated that the vehicle made loud noises while driving over 50 mph. The vehicle was taken to poulsbo rv (425-353-6122, located at 12218 wa-99, everett, wa 98204) and the contact was referred to freightliner northwest (800-523-8014, located at 277 stewart rd sw, pacific, wa 98047). The technician replaced the serpentine belt. The contact called the manufacturer and left a message, but was not called back. The failure recurred and the vehicle was taken back to the freightliner northwest dealer, but the technician could no longer work on the vehicle and advised the contact to tow it to cummins sales and service (425-235-3400, located at 1800 fryar ave, sumner, wa 98390).
