Description of the problem	Had stopped for fuel after driving approximately 150 miles. Smelled burning but walk around and observation found nothing. Drove approximately 10 miles further and pushed brake pedal to stop. Pedal went all the way to floor. Pumping the brakes vigorously restored some braking. Was able to finish trip (approximately 1 block further) driving very slowly until unit parked in storage lot. During this small distance vehicle felt like brake was locked on - as if emergency brake did not release. Upon disembarking passenger outside tire was smoking and very hot.
