| Description of the problem | The auto park brake (j72) on my workhorse w-24 chassis activated while traveling 65 mph on arkansas interstate 35 bringing the vehicle to a very abrupt stop. In researching the internet, i have found this is not a new problem. This is a very dangerous situation, especially if no berm was available to pull off the highway. After being towed to a repair shop and waiting 10 days for repair, we were notified no parts would be available until early may. Upon returning home (ohio), we have discovered there is currently no one making the parts and maybe they could be available some time in august. It is very discouraging that workhorse does not have a supply of parts available. |
