Description of the problem	Driving at 65 mph on interstate 80, in california near berkeley, in the rain the under carriage body cover which appears to be made of some type of composite material ripped/tore. Nothing was hit on the road and there have been multiple owners that have also had issues with this part of the car ripping/tearing/breaking due to unknown reasons. There are speculations that it is water related but it should not be breaking in the rain or with water. As well because the part is on the bottom it should not be that fragile that it can tear/rip/break easily! I have attached an image below of the underside when i was able to get back to my home. This part is inadequately protecting the bottom of the car and should be recalled and changed.
