Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2018 tesla model 3. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70 mph while in the auto pilot mode and with the vehicle merging onto a ramp which is descending downward with on coming vehicles stopped approximately 200 feet ahead the auto pilot did not deactivate and slow the vehicle causing the vehicle to crash into the rear of a second vehicle.
