Description of the problem	I was driving down the road and heard a loud crack. I didn't think anything of it because i didn't see anything at the time. A few days later my wife was driving the car and heard a loud crack and looked at the windshield to see a crack forming across the windshield. It reached almost to the driver side view way. There was not a point of impact it started on the very edge of the windshield out of sight from inside the car. I thought maybe a rock came out of no where and that is what my wife told the insurance company when we got it fixed by safelite, then i saw the notice about the defective windshields and told me to file the claim that is what happened to us.
