| Description of the problem | We bought our 2019 subaru outback in may, 2019. Before we had 1000 miles, a rock hit the windshield and cracked it. First replacement/recalibration. The vehicle was sitting in the garage in february 2020 when i noticed a crack across the windshield. A second replacement/recalibration. This morning (8/24/2020) when i got in my car in the parking lot to return home from md va i noticed my third cracked windshield. I will be replacing it soon. I have comprehensive coverage through geico, so i have no out-of-pocket expenses, but i believe that something must be lacking in the design or quality of the windshield to have it crack three times in 15 months. |
