| Description of the problem | I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the subaru windshield class action lawsuit. I am the fleet manager of a large company. We recently purchased about 30 2019-2020 subaru vehicles including the outback, forester and legacy. Approximately, 1/3 of them experienced a random windshield break. All of them have been replaced. 3 of those replaced, cracked again. I've received no assistance from subaru and my drivers receive no warranty assistance from the dealerships. I'd like to speak to someone to add my complaint to the growing list of other complaints. I understand the lawsuit could take some time before a final decision, i want to make sure our vehicles are included. Thank you |
