Description of the problem | Two episodes of spontaneous chipping/cracking. First chip happened in the lower right corner when parked in parking lot. This happened before the first 3 month check-up. We choose not to replace it as there was no evidence of spidering and it did not affect driver vision. Second crack happened today, while parked in a garage, at around 40k miles. This is a large crack that is arising from the medial bottom aspect of the windshield. |
