Description of the problem	I have a 2016 subaru outback purchased september 2019 last year replaced the battery, yesterday the car would not strat. Jump it got it to the shop and they showed the battery, & alternator were good. I sreached and seen several complaints the are the same on 2016 to 2020. We need a recall.
