Description of the problem	I cannot turn the key in the ignition to release the key after i've put the car in park the first time. It can take up to several minutes of attempts to turn the key to various point (lights on/accessories on/engine on), different brake positions, shifting to other gears and back to park. This seems to happen more frequently in the winter. This has been going on for several months at a time since i bought the car new in 2016.
