Description of the problem	I was changing a flat tire with the jack provided by subaru. I was on a flat surface on asphalt. The jack collapsed under the weight of the car while i was changing the tire, causing the car to crash to the ground. The jack collapsed when the metal threaded bar int eh middle of the jack started to bend. Please see the pictures of the jack and of the surface i was on (it shows it with the spare tire installed, which was done only with the help of roadside assistance because i needed their jack to complete the task).
