Description of the problem | "takata recall" i called a local subaru dealer, ladin subaru in thousand oaks, ca, multiple times regarding this recall. I left messages each time, and, each holding wait time was longer than 20 minutes to speak with an agent to set up an appointment for a recall service. They are accepting other appointments without any trouble, yet not the recall cases. If it is a safety-related recall, like this one, then it should be handled more professionally. Correction must be made. |
