Description of the problem	Vehicle has problem with the steering system. There is a vibration/steering wheel oscillation at speeds above 65mph. The vehicle has had repair attempts made by subaru dealer, none with lasting results. The tires were also replaced at approx 12,000 miles due to cupping. So far the tsb's issued by subaru to deal with this problem have not been effective.
