Description of the problem	When braking to a sudden stop, the car shudders and stalls. It is similar to the feeling of braking without depressing the clutch in a manual car, however this vehicle has an automatic cvt transmission. This happened in an intersection, and there were cars behind me honking as i attempted to restart the vehicle. After some basic research, this seems to happen to many vehicles like this, that have the new cvt style transmission. Subaru did offer an extended warranty because of so many complaints, but this goes beyond that. A recall needs to be issued, it is a major safety issue.
