Description of the problem	2010 subaru outback automatic,2. 5i, in first month of ownership noticed vehicle wanted to stall when i slowed down or stopped. Have had for 4 months vehicle is worse, rpm's drop to near zero, car will then idle fast to compensate... In the last month vehicle has a severe shudder, on top of the near stalling... Was told by dealer that subaru has fixed problem on manuals but is still waiting for software for automatics to reflash computer. Car is very shaky after the near stalls upon acceleration. Car also accelerates when i have foot on brake and release to inch forward (waiting in traffic) as though it has a very fast idle. I was told by corporate headquarters today, that there is no problem with the automatics.. Just manuals???? My dealer disagrees and stated today that i am not the only person with this problem waiting for a solution.
