Description of the problem | The windshield of the car cracked overnight, while in stationary, parked on the city street in a residential area. I parked my car in front my house on sunday, aug 11, 2019, and when i went out in the morning of aug 12, 2019, the windshield was cracked. At that point, i have had the car for 10. 5 months with a mileage of about 5500 miles. The crack started from the lower part of the windshield on the passenger side and extended to the middle of windshield, almost to the diver's side. I notified the dealership and was told that it's not covered by the company. I had to get it fixed at my own expense. |
