Description of the problem | Our car's windshield has had many random cracks over the past few years, 4 times now we have experienced spontaneous cracks more so than in any other vehicle i've ever owned. Today we found a new crack towards the bottom of the vehicle, as large as my palm going two separate ways and we have no idea why or how it happened. The car was not moving when we noticed this, it was only until after it was parked did we see this. I am very disappointed in the quality of the windshield on the model of this car and am concerned for our safety if it continues to happen. |
