Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 subaru legacy. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph, a crack formed in the middle of the windshield. The contact took the vehicle to garcia subaru north (6401 san mateo blvd ne, albuquerque, nm 87109) where the contact was informed that the crack was caused by a rock striking the windshield. The dealer also stated that a rock should not have caused such severe damage to the windshield. The windshield was not replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
