Description of the problem	Vehicle is stopped, shifted into park and parking brake is engaged. Steering wheel is straight. Key is used to shut off engine but will not move into the lock position and can not be removed. Occurring 50% of the time. Restarting engine and shifting through reverse/neutral/drive back to park has eventually allowed key removal.
