Description of the problem	The mechanical adjustment for the upper seat back does not engage properly. It requires the driver to pull the seat-back forward to engage, otherwise the handle will remain the up position. The dealer replaced the seat under warranty, but it did not fix the problem. The device manager stated that the mechanical seats have that issue on several of their vehicles, including different years. If in an accident and the seat is not engaged properly it could result in injury.
