Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 subaru legacy. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 mph the brakes engaged and locked up. The contact mentioned that all the warning lights illuminated on the instrumental panel immediately after. The vehicle was unable to be driven and was later towed to a dealer.
