Description of the problem	2010 subaru legacy - has a vibration in steering wheel and in seat - gone back dealership 2 times already, once for a road force balance didn't work, 2nd time new tires, new steering dampener, suspension shim, wheel alignment and still have a vibration. Now their seems to a little play in steering at high speeds on turns since steering dampener was replaced.. There is a tsb about this issue fix from subaru doesn't seem to work.
