| Description of the problem | Problem is with the torque converter similar to bulletin number 16-90-13r issued by subaru involving legacy and outback models from 2010-2012. My car has been stalling when coming to a hard stop. Just had my car to firestone and they diagnosed the problem and referenced the bulletin. They recommend taking to a transmission shop or subaru dealer for repair. As this is a common problem among my car model and year i would have expected to see a recall for this as it is a potentially dangerous condition to stall at lights or stop signs. I believe subaru should be responsible for these repairs. |
