Description of the problem	Vehicle stutters and frequently stalls when coming to a stop. The more aggressive the braking, the likeliness of stalling becomes higher. The vehicle needs to be put into neutral to be restarted. This also occurs more frequently in colder temperatures. The older the vehicle the more obvious the issue becomes.
