Description of the problem	This complaint relates to the following recall: manufacturer recall number: wty84 nhtsa recall number: 18v772000 the dealer in colorado springs, co, heuberger motors, has failed to remedy this safety recall in a timely manner. I called on january 17th, 2019 to schedule the work but as of today, april 23, 2019, they have not done so. They claim that "it's just a slow process". I find this unacceptable for a safety recall.
