Description of the problem	Takata recall - i purchased my car used from a dealership in may 2018 and almost immediately the airbag light began to malfunction. The airbag light will shut off regardless of whether a purse, backpack or person is sitting in the passenger seat. In some cases there are no electronics, others there are. It can also shut off if someone sits in the car with wet clothing (after a rain storm or after swimming). This is extremely dangerous and not acceptable that this has not been addressed as a recall issue. This vehicle was manufactured in 2012, but is a 2013 model. With the exact same airbag and seat features as 2011-2012 subarus with recalls issued, this is extremely negligent on subaru's part. I should not have to make passengers sit in the back seat. This is my first subaru, based on friend recommendations, but it is highly unlikely i would buy another due to the lack of responsibility taken by subaru to repair this extremely dangerous defect. I believed that subaru took pride in making safety a number one priority with their vehicles, but no longer believe that to be the case. I also don't believe that spending $1,100 on a replacement seat, with no guarantee of this fixing the problem, should be my out of pocket expense. Please issue a recall and prove you are the reputable company i believed you to be.
