Description of the problem	Brandon, the service advisor at subaru of santa cruz, attended to my service and repair needs i had in july of 2017, however not the airbag recall. When i entered the service area i went over my concerns with the vehicle and what services i needed. I also asked brandon to look up and take care of the airbag recall for the vehicle. He said that he would check that out for me. I left the vehicle for a few days and came back to pick it up. I figured airbag recalls are top priorities at subaru and that everything was remedied. After leaving the dealer i took a closer look at the 5 pages of cryptic paperwork that brandon had handed me and found no mention of the recall repair. 16 people have died as a result of this defect as of 3/17. I am complaing that this oversight by subaru of santa cruz, having my vehicle in their possesion and not taking care of the safety issue is unacceptable.
