Description of the problem	Dt: the contact was driving at 60 mph on the freeway and the throttle stuck. He used the foot pedal brake and it would not stop the vehicle. The emergency brake did slow it down to approximately 40 mph. The rpms registered up to 8000. He shut the vehicle off after it slowed down. The vehicle was towed to the dealership. They checked it and found that there was a recall but it did not include this vehicle due to vin. The dealership said it was the cruise control cable that made the throttle stick. The vehicle is still under warranty.*ak
