| Description of the problem | Very small rock hit windshield while on highway, causing tiny chip near the driver's a pillar. Within 24 hours the window had cracked across the length of the windshield, necessitating replacement. I have a photo. I believe the resulting destruction of the entire windshield due to a very small chip is preposterous and should not have occurred. |
