| Description of the problem | My 2014 subaru forester burns an excessive amount of oil. For a new engine, i shouldn't have to worry about checking the oil every few days to make sure it isn't a 1/2 quart or more low. I'm extremely worried that the oil is going to get too low between checks, and the engine will seize on lake tahoe's icy winter mountain roads just at the wrong time. |
